CULINARY WORKSHOPS

We would like to invite you to join our culinary workshops hosted by the best Chef among tango dancers - Sylwester Łazicki. Under the watchful eye of Sylwester you will learn how to prepare specialties of Argentinian cuisine, which of course later on will be happily consumed. Additionally, during the workshops, selection of wines matching Argentinian dishes will be presented and this will be followed by wine tasting hosted by Przemysław Ryfa.

Starter: Argentinian walnut soup with beef.

Main course: Argentinean beef tornado with parsnip mousse and chimichurri sauce.

Dessert: Argentine croissants medialunas with dulce de leche (with butterscotch filling).

Workshops will be held at Południe Restaurant (Mickiewicza Street 24a / 2).

They will start at 2pm and will last for around 3 hours.

Workshops cost: 160 PLN. Number of places limited.
